We met at a small online gaming company in 2004. Over the next 10 years, we grew the brand into one of the largest digital advertisers in the UK.
But we could never find a performance marketing agency that could give us the transparency, agility and performance we could earn by ourselves.
So we created Nara Media to be the agency that does things differently.
We have nurtured a small but dedicated team of performance experts, united around a culture of openness and growth. It is thanks to our superb people that we continue to deliver outstanding performance for our clients every day.
Lloyd and Bengü
Co-founders of Nara Media
Our mission is to inspire the growth of our clients and our colleagues by encouraging collaboration, nurturing creativity, and embracing opportunity. We want our team to see their role as a way to accelerate their career in digital advertising – with everyone encouraged to play a major part in the future of Nara.
But life here is more than just work! In fact, work-life balance is much more, well, balanced than you see at other agencies. And we love nothing more than getting together for games nights, quizzes, socials, dinners and drinks.
Working here isn’t like a typical advertising agency job. Unlike big agencies you won’t be stuck in one role type. You’ll gain exposure to all areas of the business and have lots of variety in your day to day work.
Below are our open positions. If you think you’re up for the challenge, we’d love to chat!
If you want to fire over a speculative application for something you can’t see here, you are more than welcome to! Send us your CV in an emailing explaining the role you’d love to do for us and what you could add to the team at info@naramedia.com.
